KPI-JCI Sieve Bend Screens

For a complete custom engineered fines recovery or specialty sand production plant, KPI-JCI offers dewatering screens, classifying cyclones, dewatering cyclones, pumps, attrition cells, density classifiers & sieve bend screens.  Building on KPI-JCI’s tradition of being a single source supplier, the addition of these products to the traditional washing & classifying product line gives KPI-JCI the ability to provide the equipment necessary to meet virtually any processing goals.

SIEVE BEND SCREEN- Heavy duty plate steel construction
- Skid base support frame
- Rubber lined feed distributor with ANSI Flange inlet & Feed curtain
  Note - top feed is standard on all units.  Back feed is available for single
  panel units (i.e. - Models #SB 2, #SB 2, #SB 3, #SB 4, #SB 5 & #SB 6)
  at no additional cost.
- Rubber lined underflow collection hopper with ANSI flange outlet
- Urethane sieve screen panels (opening size to be specified at the time of order) & wooden sieve screen hold down wedges
