KPI-JCI Model 1892

For a complete custom engineered fines recovery or specialty sand production plant, KPI-JCI offers dewatering screens, classifying cyclones, dewatering cyclones, pumps, attrition cells, density classifiers & sieve bend screens.  Building on KPI-JCI’s tradition of being a single source supplier, the addition of these products to the traditional washing & classifying product line gives KPI-JCI the ability to provide the equipment necessary to meet virtually any processing goals.

PRIMARY SCREEN
Model #1892P & #1892S:
− KPI-JCI 3-deck, single shaft, 10° wet vibrating screens
ranging from 5’ x 14’ to 6’ x 20’ units on portable plants
and up to 8’ x 20’ screens on the skid mounted or
stationary plants.
Model #1892PH & #1892SH:
− KPI-JCI 3-deck, triple shaft, horizontal wet vibrating screens ranging from 6’ x 16’ to 6’ x 20’
   units on portable plants and up to 8’ x 20’ units on skid mounted or stationary plants.
− All screens include complete drive assemblies, coil spring suspension and are available
   set-up for wire cloth or urethane screen media.

CYLONES
− Available cyclones include dewatering cyclones ranging from 6" to 32" dia. and classifying cyclones
   ranging from 1.6" to 32" dia..

DEWATERING SCREEN
− Available dewatering screens include units ranging from 2’ x 7’ up to 8’ x 16’.
   Note – not all sizes available on portable plants.
− Screens feature molded rubber buffers, adjustable incline, adjustable stroke,
   curved sieve like feed section, dual Vimarc vibrating motors and many other
   features.

SLURRY PUMPS
− Linatex rubber lined horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps ranging in size from
   1-1/2" x 1-1/2" to 10" x 10".
− Complete drive assembly including 1800 RPM, TEFC, 3/60/230-460 motor,
   v-belts, sheaves, bushings and guards as required.

CHASSIS or STRUCTURE
− Portable plants include heavy duty I-beam construction, fifth wheel king pin, air brakes, travel
   lights, mudflaps and cribbing locations.
− Skid mounted and stationary plants are broken down for shipment and match marked for ease of
   identification and assembly in the field.
− All plants include complete fresh & waste water systems including control valves, spray bars and
   manifolds as required.
− All chutes, sumps, flumes, feed boxes, etc. are fabricated of 3/16" A36 plate steel and are available
  with many liner options.
− The primary screen overs chutes allow for the positioning of three (3) radial stackers maximizing
   stockpiling capacity.
− Access platforms with ladder or stair access from grade are available for both sides of either screen,
   across the feed end of the primary screen and across the discharge end of the dewatering screen.
− Slurry sumps include all necessary level controls,  drains and emergency overflow ports.
