Lightweight aluminum struts and end frames provide optimum structural stability and weight savings. The new front end panel is formed, rather than extruded, to deliver strength, weight savings, and a polished finish.

The bolted, adjustable “severe service” upper coupler plate delivers “muscle”… the fender bracket (that doubles as protection for the wiring harness) and bolt-on hose tube (that makes hanging the hot air hose for transport quick and easy) deliver weight savings.

Mandrel bent piping throughout the trailer allows for unobstructed flow of product, thereby reducing heat and friction, and delivering faster, troublefree unloading.

Hendrickson Intraax AANT23K Tapered Beam Suspensions are the lightest suspensions available and come standard with black undercoating for a long-lasting, chip-resistant finish.

Formed aluminum cross members span the full depth of the end frame and a new, lightweight aluminum torsion plate runs the full width and length of the end frame for maximum structural strength and weight savings.

The high-position, high-visibility third taillight package provides an extra dimension of safety. LED lights are standard equipment throughout the trailer.

The hose tube is reinforced at both ends to prevent damage from the metal ends of the discharge hose during transport. The new hose tube hanger is formed, rather than welded, for a lighter, easier-to-repair/replace design.

The back end features a high-positioned rear discharge pipe and a step and hand rail for easy access. Lightweight bolt-on modular components, such as the bumper and light boxes, make repair/replacement easy.

The landing gear is powder-coated for a long-lasting, rust-resistant finish.

New easy-to-read, liquid-filled gauges are conveniently located on the side of the trailer frame.

The thicker, stronger body shell and new internal ring design increase strength and durability while reducing the number of places where product build-up can occur.

New one-piece fender brackets are lighter, incorporate the LED (standard) lights right into the bracket, and bolt-on for easy maintenance/replacement.

The weight savings of standard components such as the aluminum air tank and the thinner, more streamlined torsion plates make the“1033” incredibly lightweight… only 8,340 pounds!

The new light box is lighter, and its bolt-on modular design makes repair/maintenance easier. The beehive-style LED (standard) light on the end of the light box is easier for the operator to view from the cab.
