Solid Steel Machined Bearing Housings: 3" Thick Plate. 90 MM spherical bearings, the best bearing in the industry for vibrating feeders and screens-designed for abuse. Our bearings are all over-engineered for long life. Eccentric shafts 4150 stress proof steel. 4140 heat treated 2" x 12" drive gears operating in a continuous oil bath. Flow through lubrication isolates moving parts in a self contained oil reservoir, ensuring smooth running and heat dissipation. Option of Fab Tec's designed non-plug grizzly constructed of a 1" T1 plate cut to customer's specifications or our adjustable grizzly bar unit. Fab Tec also offers a solid pan deck.
