1 OWNER:
Use this application if the following criteria are true:

You are an LLC with ONE owner
OR
You are a Corporation with ONE owner and your business was established within the last 3 years.
Personal Guaranty will be required.

2+ OWNERS:
Use this application if the following criteria are true:

You are an LLC or Partnership with TWO or MORE owners
OR
You are a Corporation with TWO or more owners and your business was established within the last 3 years.
Personal Guaranty will be required.

INDIVIDUAL/MUNICIPALITY/LARGER CO:
Use this application if the following criteria are true:

You are applying for credit as a Sole Proprietorship/Individual or Government Agency/Coop.
OR
You are a Corporation and your business was established more than 3 years ago.
Personal Guaranty will not be required.
Do not use this application option if you are an ULC or Partnership.
